USGBC ALabama Chapter
How to Sponsor USGBC Alabama Chapter

The USGBC Alabama Chapter is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization chartered in 2008 and is one of the newer incorporated chapters of the U.S. Green Building Council. The USGBC is a coalition of leaders and concerned citizens from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are energy efficient, environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work.
Our Chapter’s primary mission is education. Through educational programs, we will enable people to make decisions based on an understanding of basic energy, environmental, health and economic issues related to building, construction, and development.
The USGBC Alabama Chapter’s outreach is in all 67 counties of the state with branches supporting local activities and outreach. The four branches are North Alabama, Birmingham Area, Central Alabama, and Gulf Coast Branch.
Our goals for the coming year is to empower area leadership with the knowledge required to make responsible decisions and instruct others.
Without the generous support of our sponsors, USGBC Alabama would be unable to carry out its effective and engaging programs and advocacy efforts. Sustaining sponsors play a large role in supporting the organization. Sponsorship is a great way to get involved with the organization and its work.
